Reagan Jones longs to leave her home and kingdom– for good. But ever since her brother disappeared, she’s been stuck with the responsibilities of an oldest child. Keeping up with her siblings is twice the work with their parents hiding behind a wall of secrets. Secrets that begin to hint at darker truths when one of the land’s four Elemental Guardians shows up in their town.

After witnessing a blow to the Guardians, Reagan joins a mission to help them in a desperate battle against rebelling kingdoms. Along the way, she encounters great forces of power within and around her and must fight for an understanding of it all.
